This class is a full body, low impact workout that utilizes light weights throughout the entire class. Expect to break a sweat and work multiple muscle groups at one time while having fun! This is a more intermediate workout but modifications are offered throughout for any level.
EQUIPMENT: Light weights or water bottles, no weights is also an option.
