This class is a full-body circuit-style workout that will have three rounds of eight exercises. Each exercise will be done for one minute. At the end of each round there will be a break. This is an intermediate workout that will get your heart rate high while also providing modifications for each movement.
EQUIPMENT: Light weights and sliders. Weights can be substituted for shampoo bottles or water bottles and sliders can be substituted for paper plates or hand towels (if you have hard floors).
