This Beginner Barre routine will improve your endurance, strengthen your lower body and bring enjoyment to your workout at any age or fitness level. You will learn the technical terms and posture of Barre while transitioning through movements more frequently. This low impact workout will still allow you to break a sweat! You can use a set of low weights if available or even water bottles for extra strength in your workout.
EQUIPMENT: Light weights or water bottles optional but no equipment is necessary.
