This beginner level class will allow you to “walk” 1.5-2 miles in your own space! If you’re looking for a challenge, grab some low weights or cans of soup and get moving! Tennis shoes are encouraged but not required.
Enjoy this low impact cardio workout at home! You can use light weights if you have them or no weights is fine too! You will feel energized at the end of this workout!
